HOW TO USE

  1. In-store - Provide us with your phone number associated with the membership to apply discounts.
  2. Online - In the checkout, use the same email you registered with and the discounts will automatically be applied.
  3. Birthday voucher will be emailed to you on the first day of your birthday month.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payments & Refunds
All membership payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, sessions, or benefits.

2. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time, and your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.

3. Membership Use
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member. Sharing or misuse of memberships may result in termination.

4. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat staff, other customers, and the studio space with respect. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. Membership Benefits
Members are entitled to benefits as detailed at the time of registration. Benefits may vary from time to time and are subject to change.
