1. Recurring membership
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise us to automatically charge your nominated payment method on each billing date until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

2. Refunds
Refunds and credits are not provided for change of mind, or for unused time, sessions, or benefits. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide it.

3. Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing admin@thesunshinelane.com. Your cancellation takes effect from the date your email is sent, and we'll process it within 1 business day. If a renewal payment is processed during this time (after your email is sent but before we've actioned it), we'll refund that payment in full.

When you cancel, your membership benefits stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund any remaining time in that period, cancelling simply stops future payments.

4. Renewals & Failed Payments
Recurring memberships renew automatically on each billing date. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or contact you to update your payment details. Membership benefits may be suspended until payment is received, and continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your membership.

5. Membership Use
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

6. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat staff, other customers, and the studio space with respect. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of your membership. Where a membership is terminated for serious misconduct, no refund will be provided.

7. Membership Benefits
Members are entitled to the benefits detailed at the time of registration. Benefits may vary from time to time and are subject to change.
